The following are just a few of the questions that remain unanswered:
- Why were the street signs removed from the property? Why was the Continental Plaza structure at the entrance on FM 1960 removed?
- Why are the ‘For Sale’ signs placed by licensed real estate agencies taken down and discarded? Do we not have the right to sell our own land whenever we choose? Especially when said property is fully paid and up to date on taxes?
- Why has there never been a landowners association meeting? I have owned this property for over twelve years and not once have I received an invitation to a meeting nor have I received any correspondence of any kind advising or informing the property owner of the association’s activities.
- Why do property owners not get the release of lien when the property is fully paid for? My property was paid in full over two years ago and the taxes have been kept up to date. Yet, in spite of repeated requests, I have been denied even a simple note on the deed of trust to state that the property is paid in full as promised by Lanco on numerous occasions.
- Why are these things happening? What are the ulterior motives behind these situations? Exactly what are the funds requested for maintenance fees being used for and how is it being accounted for. Because such a gross negligence is evident I believe accountability is long overdue. Further, that before legal counsel is sought on your part, the above matters should be resolved clearly, completely and comprehensively in a written response.
- Why are corner stakes showing property boundaries removed? How can property owners determine exact location of their respective properties?
